Ice Air Announces Exact Fit™ Slide-In Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners
The ExactFit™ RS Series PTACs (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners) from ICE AIR™ are the perfect slide-in fit for demanding renovation or retrofit applications in multifamily residential buildings, hotels, dormitories or any application where existing cooling and heating units need to be replaced. ExactFit units offer easy installation and match up with the configuration for the required replacement and a wide range of customizable options.
Each ExactFit chassis is a self-contained, slide-in assembly consisting of a sealed refrigerant system, evaporator and condenser sections with two separate PSC motors, unit mounted controls and line cord. Optional accessories, such as digital touchpads and remote thermostats, are available.
The units operate on either 115 volt, 208/230 volt, 265 or 277 volt, single phase, 60 hertz circuits or 220/240 volt, single phase, 50 hertz circuits, depending on original building wiring. In addition, ExactFit units feature a permanent, washable aluminum mesh filter.
The units are economical and energy-efficient, yet provide a quiet performance with easy operation to meet most building needs. Models are ETL listed for safety in the United States and Canada, meet required building codes and Federal Energy Efficiency requirements and are tested to current ARI standards.
