MT. VERNON, NY – Vertical Stack Water Source Heat Pumps (VSWSHP) from ICE AIR are ideal for new construction or retrofit applications in HVACR applications where high levels of energy efficiency and cooling and heating are required.
ICE AIR’s VSWSHP units offer the smallest footprint in the industry, advanced controls, the industry’s best sound levels and 13+ Energy Efficiency Rating. The units are designed and manufactured to operate on standard 115 volt or 208/203 volt, single phase, 60 Hertz circuits. Optional 265/277 volt, 60 Hertz or 220 Volt, 50 Hertz units are available.
The VSWSHP chassis consists of a sealed refrigerant system, an evaporator section with PSC motor and a coaxial heat exchanger condenser section, and either digital unit mount or wall mount controls. The sealed refrigerant system uses Puron® R401A refrigerant exclusively. In addition, the VSWSHP’s feature dual freeze protection and a permanent washable aluminum mesh filter. Models are ETL listed for safety in the United States and Canada, meet required building codes and Federal Energy Efficiency requirements and are tested to current ARI standards.
