President and Co-CEO, Mo Siegel, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Laney College and Nyack College, decided to travel the world and returned to his home town of New York City in 1981. Along the way he gained experience in metal work and became involved in the heating and cooling industry in 1983. Mo now has over 25 years of experience in the industry where he has established a strong client base. He specializes in sales and applications and has been a part of the Ice Air family since its inception in 2003.
Ric Nadel co-founded Ice Air in 2003 with a determined focus on seeing each and every project through completion. Ric attended Babson College and moved to the area in 1996. Ric specializes in operations, finance, project management, and general management. He currently lives with his wife and two children in lovely Westport, Connecticut.
